6. Subscription and Payments

Free accounts are limited to 5 generations per day. Pro subscriptions provide unlimited access and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using PostAmmo. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. The PostAmmo brand, logo, and service are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

PostAmmo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to account suspensions on third-party platforms, reputational harm, or lost engagement.
